As a part of Zound Industries inhouse team we created a packaging with a strong sustainability focus. A foldable packaging that is sent flat from the packaging supplier to the headphone factory before assembling the product. No glue or adhesive tape is required for the construction, which makes it environmentally friendly and easy to recycle. The insert keeps all the ear tips in place and show the different sizes in a clear way. The fact that we used silk paper to protect the product makes the concept work for all headphones, no perfect fit between part is needed which saves time, but it is also a flirt with the classic Adidas shoe boxes.
